Orders & Shipping

Everything you need to know about placing orders, payment, and shipping in Toolbee.

Payment

  • We accept payment with cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via Stripe. The card on file is charged automatically.
  • You can manage the card(s) to charge yourself under Company Settings in the app.
  • Norwegian businesses can also request EHF invoicing. Note that EHF invoicing carries an invoice fee.

Shipping

  • Each order always contains a single order line, but we ship multiple orders together. We ship physical items roughly once a day and typically wait a short while in case you want to add more items.
  • There is a minimum order fee, so it is more economical to order several items together — for example, multiple tape cartridges in one go.

Placing an Order

All orders are placed from within the app. You can add an order reference and a shipping address when placing the order, or update these details later.

Tracking & Managing Orders

  • We will update the tracking number when it becomes available, and you will be notified about changes to your order.
  • You can cancel or modify an order from within the app, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Returns

Returns need to be arranged in advance — please contact us via chat or email before sending anything back.
